All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning - Hillside

I had All Temp out for a consultation last week to look at the possibility of purchasing a new AC unit and furnace and to say it was underwhelming and lacked professionalism would be an understatement! The Sales consultant was at my home for less than 30 minutes, only briefly looked at my system, and then said he would send a quote within 24hrs. When he arrived I noticed he only had a folder in his hands, nothing else. I assumed the folder had presentation materials but I could only assume because I never saw it. He did have a tape measure with him but he only pulled it out once or twice to haphazardly measure my system ( I silently laughed to myself when he tried to act like he was actually performing measurements). He then texted me the next day saying he spoke to his project manager
