I can’t say enough good things about Orlando at Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor. My radiator heating boiler stopped working and I had no idea what was wrong. Even though Orlando didn’t have much experience with the specific system I have, he took his time, carefully diagnosed the issue, and figured out it was the heat sensor. He even went above and beyond and checked my furnace in the attic. He discovered that the wiring to my Rheem interface had been placed incorrectly by a previous installer, which caused the interface to burn out. He corrected the wiring, explained everything clearly, and made sure both my boiler and furnace were running safely before he left. Everything was explained to me clearly with provided pictures and the appropriate maintenance and repair options were simply laid out with relevant pricing. I will continue to have them back for annual Maintenance and repairs on my furnace and air conditioning unit.

Technician Orlando came out for a popping sound when the furnace turned on. He found the cause and fixed at no charge then repaired two other items we had with the unit. Outstanding service, very transparent pricing, highly knowledgeable techs.

Highly recommend! We had Chicago HVAC replace our steam boiler (and thermostat) in our 1910-ish home, and cannot say enough good things about their thoroughness, timeliness, and professionalism. They also really took the time to educate us on what exactly needed to be done and why. Kudos to Joshua, Jesse, Rafael and Louis (and also a big shout-out to their in-office/admin team who’ve also been super helpful and responsive all along the way!).

They came out promptly to give us a second estimate to replace the furnace in our condo. Gave us a price that was thousands less than what we received from the biggest supplier with comparable equipment. Installed within 24 hours and all is working well. Highly recommend.
