Beware!!! This company is dishonest, used our trucking company and never paid there open balance. They ignore and avoid paying. Please be careful with them. If they are like this imagine how dishonest they are with their clients.

looks like quality manufacturing but when their own agent cannot find or tell you actual specifications on their product. supposedly the sell millions of their faucets yet I've never heard of them and I am in the industry. And not one interior / kitchen company I called to try to get any information on them has ever heard of them. garbage company and that obvious by their reviews that clearly they are not well known and probably due to the service they DONT give.

It is difficult to give this company, nor its products one star. I purchased their vessel sink with a pop-up drain. Within 6 months the varnish on only one side of the pop-up was deteriorating. It was not what they call "a living finish' that will create rustic charm or character. It was a $35 (retail price) product flaw. They would not replace the item- although clearly under their manufacturer's warranty. I'm not sure why they would want to infuriate a customer over $35. Never again will I purchase their products and I would certainly never recommend them.

My 1 stop shop! Great company, very attentive and customer focused! They provide a wide variety of products for kitchen, bathroom, flooring, faucets and even cabinet and granite! I always refer them to family and friends.

No customer service. Incompetent sales people who simply don't care.
