I make homemade cream cheese ice cream for local farmer's markets. I recently brought my ice cream machine to All Temp to be serviced. 1st, I had actually to bring the machine to their shop because they will not visit residential addresses. 2nd, it took about 2 weeks before anyone was even scheduled to look at my machine. I was told that the machine was working fine after the coolant was topped off. I paid my bill of over $500 and brought my machine home. I tested it at home, making about 1 gallon of ice cream. Once I saw that it was working properly, I began working to be legally ready to return to the farmer's markets.
