All Temperature Service, Inc. (ATS)

After trying different companies do to a heating issue we had at our school, we decided to reach out to ATS. They came highly recommended from a previous school I worked for, and also uses them. We had had several issues with our heating system on our campus. This resulted in many upset parents. We had several technicians from other companies come out, but at no prevail. Reaching out to ATS was the best decision we could have made. Their response time was impeccable as was their customer service. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address them all. I explained to them that as a private school we are governed by certain licensing codes and we needed to have this issue fixed as soon as possible, or we could be sited with a sever infraction. ATS is an outstanding HVAC company that I use for HVAC and plumbing services. I manage Commercial properties and these guys are my go to team that I trust will be responsive, professional, and experts in repairing and maintaining the equipment they work on.

I came in and Nelson helped me find what I needed petty quickly which is what I like so yeah.. that 6th sense was a hit. 🔥☄️

Terrible experience with this company. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars, I would. Should’ve used Air Systems.
