Allen Roofing and Construction went above and beyond my expectations in tearing off old roofing and installing new shingles, torch-down, and gutters on my 110-year-old home. I had done my research on roofing contractors, and Allen Roofing had consistent 5-star reviews, along with having an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Allen Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof and their customer service is top notch. It is rare these days to get great service AND quality work at the same time. Communication was excellent and way above my expectations. The crew were prompt, respectful of my property and did a thorough cleanup when finished. Pricing was much better than I anticipated and additional unexpected repair work was also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Allen Roofing and will be using them for future projects.

The crew of Allen Roofing were the first to take care of my leaky roof covering my patio. It has leaked since we bought the house in 2016. I had two different roofers come out over the past ten years. The first one worked on it and assured me it was fixed. Well it was not, started leaking again. Hired another roofer and they, too, worked on it and said it was fixed. It was not! I just lived with it after that, until I had enough, and Allen Roofing was referred to me and I had them come out and look at it. Recently moved to Oak Harbor and had a end of life roof that needed attention. Began shopping around and came across Allen Roofing, met with the owner who took a look at the roof. The process of inspecting, evaluating, and creating an estimate was simple and I was kept informed throughout the process. Not only did they do a great job explaining my options, prices, and how the actual scheduling would work, they came in at a price point that was way better than other estimates I received. Allen Roofing is the epitome of excellent customer service. They were responsive, fast and so so kind and helpful. We had a a big wind storm that put a very large tree branch through our roof and they came out and got it fixed right away. A stressful situation that they made so much easier. They also fixed a portion of our roof that caused a small leak in our garage and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend!
