Darrow's Carpets, Inc

For 30 years, Darrow's served as our go-to company for tiled, laminated, and carpeted flooring in our 3-story home. They also custom-ordered beautiful wooden blinds for our daylit basement. In the past, I worked with different designers but after meeting Liz Darrow, I knew she was the best of the best. She intuitively "gets" customers' preferences and what would work well in their environments. An example? In March, 2025, I entrusted her and crew to select and install new carpeting sight unseen and without prior approval. The result? We were DELIGHTED, as always, with the carpet's quality, color, superb installation and cost. Darrow's is a gem in quality, fit and cost.

We just had new carpet installed and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The install team was friendly and professional and did great work. The office team was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed, and the whole project came together in a very timely fashion. I would recommend Darrow's, they run a solid operation.

Jeremy, Andrew and JoJo installed flooring for us in a 3 day timeframe. I cannot say enough positive things about their skills, work ethics and going above and beyond to help. These guys are very special and I hope Darrow’s appreciates them and lets them know how great they are!!!

In September 2012, Darrow Carpets Inc. installed a laminate tile floor and nylon berber carpet in my Condo. It was completed in a timely manner with good craftsmanship. They took the time for a firm estimate including an inspection that I had adequate sub flooring. My friends and family were happily stunned by the results.

Good communications. Pre-arrival call to notify en route. Showed up when they said they'd show up. Got done before they estimated they'd be done. Courteous throughout the installation. Nathan, Jeremy, other fellows were gentlemen and installed my floor baseboards even though they hadn't initially included that in their initial estimate, but I very much appreciate that. Thanks!
