This father-son duo knows how to stay in business by having very happy customers. They were friendly and answered questions patiently, backed with obvious experience. They also knew the limits of their cleaning system; they recommended that we not steam clean a couch because of the fill contents facing long-term damage from the steam cleaning process. They were also very efficient and have obviously worked together for a good while. And I couldn't be happier with how the carpet turned out - they removed food, cat and general dirt stains from a toddler to the point where the carpet almost looked new. We will be using them again for all our carpet cleaning needs.
