I had a technician from Allen’s Appliances come out today to repair my refrigerator, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and he also took the time to offer helpful tips and maintenance advice for my other appliances. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend both Cameron and Allen’s Appliances!

We have used them several times in the past with no issue, however this time was different. we got gouged big time on an ice maker repair!! Charged us $55 labor for under 10 minutes of work on top of a $149 service call. Part was $263 for a part i could have ordered from Amazon for $138 and other places for under $100. If i knew it was only 2 screws and plugging in a wire connector and not replacing the water valve or anything else i would have done it myself. As the owner of a service business, i do not begrudge anyone a profit, but this is crazy... Last time I'll ever use them.
