Allen's Lawn Care Landscape & Garden Center

Despite repeated calls and being told that a quote would be with me shortly, never received a quote. I went elsewhere, they wanted my business. Laughably bad attitude in regard to a potential new customer

We had an emergency situation with our trucking company involving a displaced boulder and torn up grass from a tractor trailer. I called Allen and his guys and they swooped in and saved the day. Took them 3 hours from the first phone call to job completion. Couldn't have asked for better service. Great people and excellent work!

Brick work is beautiful. I'm very happy with it. However the flower beds are a mess. First spring after they were done and weed barrier was pushed to the top by the weeds. You can see more barrier than dirt. I stopped by more than two months ago and was assured he would come out and fix it. No show. Customer service is questionable. Job done who cares if the customer is not happy.

They believe in quantity over quality. Each time my yard was "cut" they rushed through and you couldn't even tell it was cut. I spoke with Shay last Wednesday and she said she would personally come to my house with the crew the following day to properly cut my lawn. They never came.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the initial work they did was OK. During the initial consultation, in early spring, I asked them about seasonal maintenance and weed control. After they completed the work, I called them to follow-up on the weed control. I left several messages, even spoke to Shay, the OWNER, and she assured me they would be in touch. After about 3 weeks of waiting for a response, I made one final call. I expressed my frustration to the woman on the phone, stating I felt as if I was being blown off. She assured me this was not the case and they would be in touch soon. I never heard back from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional and an embarrassment to small business owners.
