Allens Pools

We hired Allen Pools for the past two to three seasons. For a while, their work was decent. Unfortunately, things changed. Multiple components on our hot tub were broken during servicing, and instead of taking responsibility, Joe (the owner) repeatedly made excuses for his employees. Even after I provided proof from the hot tub manufacturer that brand-new components had been installed prior to their service visits, he still chose to defend his staff rather than acknowledge the damage. After the most recent issue, I decided to terminate our service. When I spoke with Joe today, he told me it was “okay” because I’m just one customer in this area and he doesn’t make much money from servicing my location anyway. That response alone speaks volumes about his attitude toward customer service.

During a time when customer service seems to be missing with many companies you don’t have to worry about that with Allens Pool Service. They go steps beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. I speak from experience as I have used them for years and I highly recommend their Services.

Brandon and his team are the best! Their customer service is second to none. I did not originally use them 10 years ago when I installed my pool, but if I would have known about them I would have 100%. He replaced my liner as well as replaced a skimmer that had been damaged. They also replaced the vermiculite where needed and went above and beyond what was expected. They did everything that was agreed upon plus others that I didn't know needed to be done. If you are looking...stop here. There's not many in this industry that do this type of quality work. Once you do your homework, you will find that out very quickly. Remember...you get what you pay for.

Wish I had found these guys 20 years ago when we had our first pool! Brandon and his team did an amazing job, on short notice, and at an unbelievably fair price. Can't imagine someone being more responsive and more helpful. 5 Stars to be sure!

If you own a pool, you cannot do better for any pool service than Allens. I have never had a regret being their customer.
