I want to share my experience with Alliance Home Inspections because I relied on their one year warranty inspection to catch a serious problem and was badly let down. I scheduled them to inspect my new home before the one year builder warranty expired and specifically told the inspectors that the builder had already been out four times trying to fix issues with the bathroom fan ventilation, and that I still suspected there was a problem. Despite that clear concern, their written report states that the bathroom fans were “hard piped to the exterior” and that “no major issues” were noted with the venting systems. After the inspection, I discovered that the ductwork and ventilation had in fact been installed improperly, which led to moisture damage and required nearly 4,000 dollars in repai

We are in the process of purchasing a home and chose alliance to do the home inspection and sewer scope. They did a thorough inspection and had the report back to us quickly where we were on a short time frame. They found several SEVERE issues including a sewer blockage! This home looked perfect cosmetically but come to find out there were so many issues u see the surface.. this company saved us so much money and heart ach in the long run! It was Worth every penny of the inspection and sewer scope! We will be using them again on the new property we are looking at buying! Very happy with our Experience I would def recommend!

I was able to schedule a home inspection on short notice with Alliance, and not only were they prompt, detailed, knowledgeable, and helpful, they answered every one of my questions throughout the actual inspection as if they were the ones that engineered the home! They also provided a detailed report within hours of the inspection. Their website makes scheduling, researching, and paying for the process very simple. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. Oh, and their prices are fantastic!
