James & Whitney Co are a fantastic company to work with! Super polite, friendly, professional on all levels. Any questions we had were answered right away. They installed gutters for us, which came out perfectly! We were also thrilled their gutters are seamless. We highly recommend this company!

We had a roof where the previous owners had cut corners to extend the life of it. Troy was very knowledgeable and gave us options of just fixing a leaky chimney to full replacement and having everything done right. We chose the full package. Across several other businesses James and Whitney’s quotes came in at best price and had longer warranties to cover the work. Roof was replaced and chimney fixed up correctly in one very chilly day in January. Highly recommend.

James and Whitney did a great job with repairing the boots on my roof. Dane came over and inspected an issue I was having with a leak he and provided me with detailed options for fixing. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in future for any other projects.

Stay away from James & Whitney! My experience with the gutter installation by James & Whitney has been abysmal! It was NOT installed properly, nor was it installed by the gutter division of the company, but instead by the roof people. (I had a small flashing /roof patch done at the same time.). I was only told about the change to the job crews the night prior.) I have been trying to get gutter adjustments done by the roof people since day one - 2 months ago! First, I was told that what I was describing was “to be expected.” Then I was told I would be scheduled with the warranty department.
