The installers damaged a brand new pantry cabinet, did not cut the hole for the soap dispenser, and did not attach the counter to the cabinet top on the end of the counter. Bruce was rude, unapologetic, accused my wife of telling them we didn't want the hole drilled for the dispenser and refuses to fix the counter top. Home Depot is trying to resolve. don't do business with Bangor laminates.

This was our first experience with BWL and it was great from the start with Meghan in picking out the stone.She was very knowledgeable about the products and there was no rush/pressure.In a timely way ?Rich arrived to do the template and within a month the installation was scheduled and completed yesterday by Matt+Pat who were amazing.They were so quick and efficient and it was a perfect fit.BWL is lucky to people like this representing them.
