The worst customer service ever! I could write a book on how bad it is, but it wouldn't change a thing. This is my first Google review on any company. I am 45 years old.

We lost electricity for several hours in February. By watching the workers out my window it was where a road crew had been working all week. Alient fixed it but my house was down to 50 degrees before power came back on.

Yes I received assistance, no I didn't get power. Apparently assistance is for gas and not electric so when I pay the bill it goes to both but when the state helps it's only for gas and can't be applied to the balance of both???? Also the assistance doesn't count toward back balances. ??? And yes the reps absolutely lie to you

Called them today and they said I have power I don't have any power for hours what are they talking about no one on three streets or the gas station has power

Probably the most unorganized company, especially for being a utility place. Dozens of random letters in the mail with different payment amounts, could not access the account info because they said I was not the account holder, even though I’m the owner of the house and I make the payment, and now they shut off our power, with no notice, or phone call. They need to be bought out and need new policies, and new management.
