I worked with four different team members, and each one was exceptionally friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Jeff was the first technician who came out to service my AC units. He clearly explained that one of my AC/heating units was on its last leg and walked me through the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing. Since repairs would cost around $800 and there was a chance the unit could fail again elsewhere, he recommended replacement — and I appreciated the transparency. That led me to request an estimate. They installed new furnace 23 years ago and I contacted them when it was time to replace the entire HVAC system. They gave me an awesome package price for great quality Carrier appliances. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Allied has been friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Jackson and Jeff S. handled the installation, and they were truly above and beyond. They were professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was being done, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They were also incredibly clean and neat throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find service technicians who are this thorough, courteous, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I was so pleased with every step of working with Allied for my new furnace and air conditioner. The estimator, Chris, was very knowledgeable and walked me through all my options (both equipment and financing). Once I decided to move forward, scheduling the install was a breeze. My installers, Jeff and Jason, arrived when expected and walked me through the work and timing of the installation. When complete, they explained how everything worked, answering my questions and providing some helpful tips. Sorry to be posting this about a month late. We started looking for a new high efficiency HVAC equipment replacement, to go along with the government tax deduction that was being offered, back in October. I like to do my research so I had three companies give me quotes. And the one that stood out the best, walked me through everything, spelled out all the rebates and discounts and eventually had the best price was Chris Laguna with Allied in Palatine. We ended up with a higher efficiency, furnace, and heat pump combination called the dual fuel hybrid system.
