Such a wonderful manager they have. Colin is a very professional and kind person and deals with customer relations and concerns extremely well. I am truly impressed and grateful of how gracious he was towards me. Thanks again Colin.

I ended up stuck at the HCMC Clinic ramp. The machine took and kept my ticket. The call number just kept saying I would be connected to an emergency service. Then it kept repeating until cutting me off.

Terrible experience; what a rip off!!!! Trying to go to a choir concert at Central Lutheran yesterday, Mistake of going into the Central Lutheran parking lot, which is owned by Allied. There were absolutely no parking spaces available. We circled around for 10 minutes and then tried to get out of the parking lot and we’re charged 20 bucks. Robbery!!!!!

I think it's a terrible business practice not to post any signage about what is and isn't a permitted parking spot inside your ramp. When a person is unable to find a suitable parking space and then parks in an corner where their vehicle is not blocking, or in anyother way impeding cars or safety, you issue a citation AND a sticker that says Final Warning. REALLY...when did you issue a first warning? Customers are unable to contact Allied Parking with a telephone call, so we end up having to post online. I find this disturbing for us elderly ladies who feel the need to visit friends and family in the hospital, and when leaving, we find a citation on our cars window. It's difficult enough just navigating on the streets in Minneapolis, and this gesture just adds insult to injury. Shame

I park there on vikings game days and i think they are doing an awesome job. Even though we have waited over 40 minutes, i see its really the drivers and uncontrolled traffic and of course the light is at the corner. They are standing in the freezing cold to help people get out. When u finally get to the exit u can clearly c that the workers are working fast and are friendly. Its also a easy process..drop tickets in box and keep driving.
