Other companies misdiagnosed our issue and were trying to charge an arm and a leg for things we didn't even need. Stephen came in and literally assessed the issue within the first minute (literally). Called AllStars because my door was really noisy and seemed to be struggling. Stephen quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. Fantastic job doing a high lift conversion and installing a side mount opener! It really opens up the space and will allow me to install a lift. The reviews drove me to contact AllStar when my 24+ year garage door opener final and enough.
