I was in need of a new drain field so Andy came out and inspected my property and he walked me through the whole process. He explained it in a way I could understand. They got here and the whole process took 2 days! I thought it would have taken longer. When they finished they put out grass seed and hay and cleaned up and everything looks really good! I am glad I found Multi-property Services!

I recently had serious issues with my septic system — the tank was overfilling with water, and no one could pinpoint the cause. Multi Property Services came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and discovered a major installation flaw: the septic dam was two feet higher than the drainfield pipe. They not only found the issue but also made the necessary repairs to get the system working properly again. The team was easy to work with, professional, and respectful of our property. After completing the repair, they took great care to level the ground and left the dirt as smooth as possible, making it ready for sod with minimal effort. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with pride in their workmanship — but Multi Property Services did exactly that. Highly recommend!

If I could leave more stars I would. My septic tank backed up and I called someone else who tried to push an expensive repair. So I called Multi Property Services. They came out and diagnosed the problem, explained it, and repaired it. They were honest and professional and saved me THOUSANDS! I definitely recommend them.

Andy was great to work with, returned call promptly and came in one day! He and his team were friendly, and left the septic area neater than how they found it! Highly recommend!!!

We just had a new drain field put in by Muti Property Services LLC and they did an outstanding job! We’ve lived here 19 years and seemed to always have problems with the house flooding and the yard flooding and now we feel relief. These guys were great, friendly, helpful and professional!
