I wholeheartedly recommend True North! Jennifer was extremely helpful in my initial call, spending time informing me of the ins and outs of mold/moisture mitigation and cleanup. I left being way more informed as homeowner of preventative measures that can be taken. Stephen and Calvin arrived very promptly, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and were quickly able to locate our issue and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get rid of it. Jennifer & Stephen from True North Restoration were Awesome! We discovered a black mold situation in bathroom. Called True North and Jennifer & Stephen came out the next day. They listened to our concerns. We have a special needs young adult which they were very mindful of getting the mold remediation going. Discussed & implemented a plan. They were both personable & communicated every step. On time, kept work space organized. They made it a painless experience & we now have peace of mind the mold is removed.

The team from True North had to be commended. They came to inspect an issue at the home that we thought might be mold but ended up being something out of their normal services. While that was the case, they still handled it and showed the initiative of going above and beyond for their community! I would 100% recommend working with them if you are on the fence!
