Alltemp Air

A great company. Had new heat pump installed in early Dec. Gave us info for 3 different systems. We chose the top of the line package which was reasonably priced. They worked with Energize De and we ended up getting a rebate. With the rebate we ended up spending what the middle package would of cost. Everybody from the sales dept, office workers to installers everyone was nice and kept us informed of progress and installation was on time and efficient. Encountered no problems and have no complaints. With the first year an AC check n Heater check are included. Just had AC check today and Jason arrived on time and answered questions I had performed the check. Very pleased with their services.

We have been clients for 6 years. Twice a year a tech comes out to check out our system and let us know if something needs attention. They have always been prompt, courteous, thorough and professional . We needed a service call one time and they were wonderful! I highly recommend!

Duct Cleaning ..... amazing work. After requesting a quote from Alltemp Air for HVAC repair/replacement i was encouraged to have my ducts cleaned to find out their condition and possible need for replacement. I took their advice and signed up for the service. Nazarii was the tech who performed the service and exceeded all expectations. Absolute professional who is customed service oriented as well as detail oriented in his work. From inspection to cleaning to providing feedback and video reviews of the work he conducted he was outstanding. A service worth every penny providing peace of mind knowing the condition of the duct system before and after his work. Alltemp Air management please take note.......take good care of Nazarri he is an outstanding representative of your company!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Alltemp Air. Great customer service and I thought their prices were fair and reasonable. Also, the technician Jason was punctual and knowledgeable. Maxine was fantastic when I called, too! We will be using them from now on.

We called today and received excellent service from Jason! We installed a new thermostat and couldn't figure out how to connect to the wifi. Jason had us set up in a jiffy and he was very friendly- best customer service ever! What a nice man. We were very happy with our service and Jason was totally awesome. Thank you - We were pleasantly surprised by the service, the time it took for the repairman to come and the outcome! Couldn't be happier!
