We would like to thank Aloha Custom Pools for transforming our hillside into a resort. Dennis Cook (owner) personally came to our property 3 times due to the unique engineering required to accommodate our pool. Our salesman & fellow fur baby lover, Bobby Kliem, became our friend thru the process- going over & above to help us… coming to our property multiple times through various changes, even on his days off and even in a thunderstorm, measuring and planning. “Aloha Bobby,” as we call him, is the real deal… Always having our best interest in mind, taking our calls and texts until the very end. Our rating is based solely on the experience we had with Mark and Richard, the fantastic, professional, and very knowledgeable team that came to install a motor on our canister pump system for our inground pool. They are without a doubt the best team we have had come out from Aloha pools to date. They were efficient, answered our questions and didn't mind us hovering a little just to see what they were doing. They actually showed up earlier than expected too. We will definitely request this pair for future service calls we may need.

We have an above 33' round pool Aloha built into hill just beyond our patio. They did an amazing job and we built a low deck between the patio and the top of the pool. We just had thier team close our pool for the winter, and again no no complaints. They always are considerate and competent with all they do.

Joe and Jonathon installed our pool cover. They did a fantastic job! They were quick and very knowledgeable. These guys knew what they were doing and were super friendly.
