Stopped in today to talk about hot tubs. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about hot tubs and Steven was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about maintaining my water. Thanks for the help!

Honest review for our experience with Aloha. Project was delayed, which is not completely their fault. However, the trucks and heavy equipment they used to install left a trail of destruction through our front yard which they stated they will not fix. I understand around the pool but not a giant path leading up to it. Also, grading was poorly done as water will drain directly towards our house now. Asked them to rectify but simply stated they fixed it when they graded it. (Definitely did not fix). This will lead to significant expense on my end to have to fix myself. Overall communication was poor throughout the process as well. Think they took on too many projects at once. Pool looks great at the end of the day but leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
