ALP Roofing

The crew did a great job. They came when they said they were coming and worked hard all day until they were finished. The crew was very mindful of us and visitors at all times. The crew was polite and very neat. I would definitely recommend ALP Roofing for anyone's roofing projects. Also Jesse was very responsive to us and catered to our needs. All in all I think ALP is a professional business. I have had problems with other companies and my confidence in customer service was very low. I just think after covid customer service went out the window, but Jesse and the ALP crew has put my confidence back into customer service for ALP. So much so, that I have asked Jesse to work us up a quote on replacing our siding.

Cole Jennette alerted me to what was happening with my roof (ie. water from my next door neighbor's roof inadvertently being diverted over to my roof) and he repaired my flashing. He charged me nothing for this service and assistance. I can't thank or praise him highly enough for his help and consideration. And I recommend him whole-heartedly for anyone needing similar assistance. In fact, during his work on my roof, he was able to see that other roofs in my immediate community of Mountain Green Circle in Windsor Mill required similar attention; and so hopefully other of my neighbors will seek out his assistance.

What a wonderful experience with ALP Roofing. Brenden was phenomenal, and each and everyone involved was also. Everything was handled exceptionally well with the insurance company and on the job site. I honestly wish that I had more for them to do! Would highly recommend them. I had such a great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful — from the staff who answered the phones to Cole, who came out to look at the roof. I originally just wanted an estimate for a replacement, but instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, they were honest and told me the roof is old but doesn’t need to be replaced right away. Cole also pointed out a few small issues and even fixed them on the spot at no charge. When it came time for the replacement, Edgar and his crew were outstanding. They did a fantastic job on the roof itself and were just as impressive with the cleanup — everything was spotless when they were done. You can tell they take pride in their work.
