We had an extremely troubling experience with this air duct cleaning company. After the job was completed and the system was turned back on, dirt and soot blew out of every vent in the house, landing all over a bed and covering the floors beneath each vent. This was not minor dust — it was visible soot and debris. Although the company forgot to bring a replacement air filter (which was fine since ours was recently purchased), when we inspected our existing filter just hours after the job, it was completely caked in soot, clearly the result of the work performed. Because there is an elderly person living in the home, we were forced to shut off the central heat and rely on space heaters until this serious health concern could be addressed. Totally pleased with the work completed theses two technicians. Everything cleaned registers to the entire air handler. This was not a quickie cleaning. They spent 4 1/2 hours to do thorough job. Highly recommend.

We are having our HVAC replaced and our salesperson recommended DUCTZ. DUCTZ came out on-time today to clean our air vents. The communication prior to the visit was very clear and it was easy to understand the upcoming process. They were very considerate, we toured our home and they went right to work bringing in the needed equipment and moving necessary furniture to access the vent covers. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment. Within a few hours, we had before/after pictures and have a great sense of comfort knowing all the gunk is gone! I highly recommend DUCTZ!
