Alpha Air Heating and Cooling

We had an HVAC issue pop up and Adam with Alpha made the whole experience painless. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue fast, walked me through the solution in plain terms, and got us back up and running. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values customer service.

Adam and Hayden were extremely helpful! I self-installed new thermostats and was concerned I had mis-wired and messed up something in our system. The guys assessed all parts of our HVAC and tested the system without issue. They were extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and were happy to explain the basics of the system to me. I love that this company is veteran owned and is a small family business, not a large entity. Their prices are more than fair as well. This company will now be my go-to for HVAC issues!

Dave came out to assess an issue with our furnace and unfortunately I couldn't replicate the problem. Dave took my crude diagnosis and went through the steps to diagnose what could be the issue and took steps to remediate any potential issues. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me some pointers to look for in the future to help troubleshoot in the future. 100% recommend Dave with Alpha Air!

I had the worst experience with this HVAC service! I called them on December 5, 2025 because our heat was coming on but wasn't staying on to heat the house. They said they charge a $69 fee to come look and tell you what the issue is and go from there. So they was able to come the very next day. They gave me the run down of what was wrong which according to them was the system had become bad because whatever tells it to come on was messed up due to moisture. I may not be explaining it exactly right because I dont know to much about heating systems but im explaining the best I know how. We paid the fee and they told us our unit was under warranty because our home was newly built in 2021. Well after that initial visit and paying them the $70, we didn't hear anything else from them.
