I reached out to Chris for a last minute plowing job after all the snow had become ice. I was trying to close on my parents house and this was the one obstacle standing in the way. Chris was responsive and communicated to me throughout the entire process. In the end, he did a great job, rearranging his schedule as he knew that timing was crucial.
