JR is in one word "Phenomenal". The dedication and loyalty to his profession/ craft and even more so to his customer base is a trait that has long been forgotten. I have used JR for a number of years now and never once has he not taken my call and/or replied back via text within a matter of minutes. He truly epitomizes an individual who cares about the customer while simultaneously providing a stellar job at keeping your AC system running to perfection.
JR was phenomenal. He is very personable and very very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem over the phone. My wife and I with our two kids are new to south florida and JR was referred to us from a friend. If we have any future problems we know exactly who to go to.
10/1/2021 - I had to add to my original review from 2016 in order to comment on my new system that was just installed. Another 5 star job from JR at Alpine Air. After many years of standard maintenance, my 2003 American Standard system was finally ready for replacement. JR reviewed all the options and explained the differences between each. We decided on another American Standard, and went with the variable speed system. I only wish we replaced them sooner, the new systems is so quiet! It is more money, but it was worth the investment for us. JR's work is meticulous, and he treats your home as if he's working on his own. Joe installed a 4 ton American Standard in my home; he is very professional and meticulous. He took the time to give me options and value for my money. He did a great job with the install and left everything looking amazing and clean. He is friendly and likes to make the customer happy. You can tell he takes great pride in the work he does.
