All he cares about is the money. I hired him to remodel my entire house after a horrible experience with my first contractor. I hired him since I knew someone from our community that knew him. As a general contractor he promised me that he will be at the job site every day to see what the sub contractors are doing. None of that happened he only came to get his money. I never did any remodeling but I guess I had to learn the hard way. He never explained to his sub what they need to do so I had to be the general contractor with 0 knowledge and had to oversee what was done at my house. One time the sub put the wrong tile although I showed them which tile they need to use. The other time the sub broke all my base board which was new (he never told them which base board to remove). The kitchen
