We are new to Clifton and went to our local Facebook group looking for recommendations for help with our AC system. The overwhelming answer was Alpine. We contacted them and got immediate service. They are a pleasure to deal with: very knowledgeable, responsive, timely and fair in their pricing. After such a pleasant initial experience with them, we decided to hire them to replace our water heater and furnace with a combination unit. Once again, we are very impressed with them! Courteous, quick, fair and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend this team of professionals!!

Beware. Bad experience. They’re not professional at all. They just want to take the money and run. Forget about a one-year warranty on labor. Alpine replaced our central AC system (2 units) in early May. The installation didn’t really inspire confidence. We ran the system only a few times before the unit leaked and flooded the ceiling and the wall and damaged the carpet. They came and stopped the leak with duct tape, but while doing that they cracked the drainpipe and flooded the bathroom ceiling. The cause of the leak from the AC was sloppy installation. They neglected to adjust the splash plate, and they failed to connect the air handler to the intake duct properly. Mohammed from Alpine is a nice honest man! Like many people, I always try to get more than one estimate. The first company came on Monday and told me I had holes in the line, the compressor was shot and I need two new units. I then called Alpine Heating and Plumbing and Mohammed came to look at the units. He told me nothing was wrong and miraculously both units were blowing cold air. He saved me a ton of money and will definitely use him again if needed.

We were disappointed with the services provided. We had a problem with our AC and the owner of the company, Mohammed, came to evaluate and replaced the unit with his team, stating the problem should be resolved, and we made the full payment for the services done. The AC still did not work and we informed him of the issue. He asked for photos to evaluate and we monitored for days, without any luck. We requested him many times to come and re-evaluate, but we were given excuses. After he finally came in to check and repair with a new part, the problem still remained unresolved. At this point he has blamed the existing AC system that had been installed and working before this since 25 years. It has been 10 days and we still do not have a working AC despite paying in full.
