Jake from Alpine Lock replaced an old lock and key with a keypad locking system on our front entry door. This was a complicated installation and Jake handled it with ease. Jake arrived on time and installed the upgrade with skill and professionalism. And it was $300 less than the original quote which was awesome! He also recommended High Sierra Custom Door to fix a weather stripping issue on the front door which was a high priority for us. Thank you Jake we love the new keypad on our front door it’s a real game changer!

Danny is so wonderful. He has helped me twice now, and he couldn’t be more kind and professional. This last time, I was out of town when my daughter needed emergency service late on a Saturday night. He was so willing to help ensure her safety. So great that I had a picture to send my daughter so that she knew who was coming. He arrived quickly and was done is no time. Daniel was professional and courteous. He tried a couple of ways to get in the house. He was ready to drill out the lock when he noticed the other garage door and asked if they were keyed alike. I originally purchased a 1500 pound safe and had it delivered by Gabriel and his crew. I am moving town and I needed to have it taken away and held so my mover could pick it up.
