This company is great. Quick to return my call and come out to my house. Dave was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing me all the information to keep my septic system in working order. He also took the time to explain how the system works, what issues to look out for, and how to install better vents.

So appreciative and impressed with the team at Alpine Septic! We had an emergency pumping need on a Friday afternoon, Dave answered the phone right away and had us on their schedule for the following morning. Dave was on time, friendly and went out of his way to educate my husband and I on the inner workings of our pumping system so that if we needed to troubleshoot in the future, we could. We appreciate the sense of urgency Dave offered given our situation and feel his pricing is fair - thank you again for the amazing service!

Alpine septic is as good as it gets! Super friendly, easy to work with, absolutely reliable, cost effective, and straight up honest decent people! I’ve unfortunately worked with several septic companies from Reno, Grass Valley, and the Tahoe basin, and these guys are by far the best. They don’t price gouge, they are helpful, and you won’t meet a friendlier crew to have out to pump your septic tank. If Alpine services your area or is able to help you out, I’d recommend them over anyone else in a heartbeat. Save your hard earned money and call these guys.

Alpine team is amazing! Evan came out to our place in Truckee, super polite and patient with me. Ran into a challenge where we found large rocks blocking the cement lid, without skipping a beat he hoped into the hole and manually lifted them out. I don’t think any other service would do this.

Can’t say enough about these guys. I needed to have a septic tank over by Sqauw emptied and called several companies and was given inflated quotes. Not only where Leigh and Dave fast to respond but they gave me a very fair price and came out the next day to do the work. Support local and family owned business!!!
