We chose Alumina railings 5 years ago for our railings. Since that time we’ve received many compliments on them. Fast forward to today…. The railing post were in need of repair and reached out to them to see what the cost of repair would be…. Wasn’t sure if it was warranted or not… to our surprised she remembered me, and stated they would take care of it at no cost to us. They came out and redid everything and it looks brand new!!! Thank you so much helping us!! Highly recommend this company!!

From start to finish this has been an extremely well oiled business! Visited the showroom and spoke with company president Kimberly about having railings installed... friendly knowledgeable and very patient with me... it took some time due to pandemic, but it was so worth the wait! Installers were on time professional and very friendly... knowledgeable and did everything in a timely manner..... this is one very satisfied customer!!! Could not have been more satisfied from start to finish. Even after the fact Alumina backed up error made by another contractor at no cost. If you want the best quality ,workmanship and follow up , look no further.
