Aluminum Spiral Stairs

I worked with John at Acme for a set of aluminum spiral stairs for the back door of my Seattle Madrona/Leschi bungalow house to the courtyard below. I couldn't be happier! John was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt to answer my questions, and he came up with design options I never would have thought of. He later came out and we walked through the project; a few weeks later he arrived with the new spiral stairs. He walked my friends and I through the installation steps, and stayed to make sure we had it. The stairs are sturdy, very well designed and made, and now are the best looking part of our backyard. I am really grateful that I had this sexy option for back stairs, and found this nice company to build them.

I called to ask about installing a spiral staircase. As I started to talk about getting the staircase. the man who answered the phone spoke over me and said no. It was wierd. He keep repeating no. I continued to talk as I thought he would explain what he was saying no to. Then I realized he was just being rude. I stopped talking and he said "I can't do that for you. No." " I can't help you no." I would give a zero if I could. I'm stunned. I never had anyone respond in this way.

I love my aluminum design. The owner was very helpful with creating what I needed and the welder did an excellent job 👏
