Their customer service is amazing. End of story from the beginning their customer service is great but then when I needed a couple things, they delivered them right away. Exceptional company, exceptional flooring great customer service.

We are so happy we found ALVFloors after weeks of shopping at big box and local retail stores. Set in an industrial complex ALVFloors has a smaller footprint than most stores and a more limited selection of patterns. However, unlike other stores, everything they display is in stock and ready to take home. The quality of their lvp is outstanding. We opted for the 8mm Denali pattern and were surprised to find that it was less expensive than other 8mm floors by a long shot. We were about to settle for a lesser product to keep costs contained but discovered that we didn't have to compromise at ALVFloors. A better floor for a better price? Sold! This place has a great selection of high-quality laminated flooring and accessories, including unique trimmings and step edges that you won't find anywhere else in town. The prices and services are VERY GOOD!

Rob was our sales man and he was AMAZING. He wasn’t pushy or forcing me at all. In fact he explained everything about the difference of each floor materials and let me take time to think. His demeanor was so great that I wanted to do a business with him. He knows how to do business for sure! Also their price is unbeatable for such a quality product. What can I say besides awesome and excellent in every business and transaction fashion. The product is of good quality and they are expanding the variety and options. The trasactions are simple and easy remote and in person. The service is extraordinary. They are very accommodating to your business needs.
