Alvarados Hardwood Flooring

Luis and his guys were great! Timely, very professional and the cost was super reasonable. They refinished the main area in a 100+ year old house and it looks like it was freshly laid flooring. They stained/poly'd it to match the existing built-ins and it looks original!

These guys really know what they’re doing. We have oak floors from 1961 that had been under carpet all this time, and they made them look incredible. Good communication, reasonable pricing, great service. Hire them!

I had this company do a re-stain about 8 years ago and called them again to re-stain and to replace a couple of areas I have carpet in my main level to have it all hardwood as well. They did and awesome job now and then. They are very professional with attention to details. They gave us some recommendations that we took and we were amazed with the results. Excellent work! This is the 3rd time I have hired Alvarado Hardwood Flooring to either refinish or do a clean install of hardwood, maple flooring. The first time I hired them was in 2014. They installed maple hardwood floors in 3 rooms, one of which was a leaning 3 season porch that had been enclosed 120 yr old building) . They had to put in a level subfloor - not an easy task. The floors were and to this day are beautiful. In 2017, I hired them again. This time to sand and resurface traditional oak flooring in a 1950's home. They restored the floors back to their original glory. Finally, just this year, they came in and installed maple hardwood flooring into a commercial studio space.
