Alvarez Home Repair replaced our damaged/old roof from Hurricane Milton. Both the shingle roof and flat roof and drip edges (about 1700sqft) were installed in 3 days. Extra work included replacing damaged plywood, fascia wood boards, and removing a disabled chimney. The crew, led by Arturo, showed up early in the morning, and were here for 3 full days until the job was complete. Price for the job was slightly lower than other quotes in the area. I chose them since I have used them before for a minor roof repair a few years ago.
