We are so thankful to Erin & Anthony (owners/operators of family run ) Always Quality HVAC for being on time, giving us the best price, great quality furnace, installed next day! They were very respectful and nice, cleaned everything up, and even was very respectful and careful in regards to making sure that our pets didn't get out by keeping all doors closed. We called on a Sunday evening as our furnace was running intermittently. Aaron arrived within 15 min. He was very honest polite and professional. He could not find a problem after doing multiple tests. Everything was working fine; however he looked at the filter and said due to the high merc filter it maybe chocking the furnace. He pulled it and suggested we buy a much less merc filter and see how it runs. He said to call him if we have any other issues. Service price was fair for him to come out and diagnose our furnace.
