This was an extensive exterior painting project on a large, tall house, which also involved a deck, and 3 pairs of wooden stairs. Additionally, quite a bit of trim work needed to be repaired. My experience with this company was great from day 1, Luigi was super professional in providing the quote, working on a start date (which was 2 months down the road), and sticking to the start date. The painter, Armand, is a very meticulous, thoughtful guy. His prep work deserves a lot more stars than allowed here, followed by high quality of the work executed, followed by meticulous caulking. Finally, in the run up to finishing this giant project, Luigi and Armand were very patient with us, and went above and beyond to flex to our schedule of additional work we had to complete on the house. Luigi and his team were phenomenal. The process was thorough but easy. Luigi walked us through the plans with pictures and gave us up front pricing which was very reasonable. They even did a small drywall job for us which was added after the initial discussion. Very responsive to email and text message and would HIGHLY recommend.

I used LRM painting for my house and was very pleased with the overall service and process. Luigi was very tentative to my concerns making sure everything was held to a high standard. Overall I had them caulk and fill all my newly installed trim and doors which later they sprayed. They did some drywall finish work in any uncertain areas which I was very appreciative of. The fact that they took the extra time to do that ment a lot. And of course they painted the walls which turned out great and the clean up was like they were never there. I also had them do my drywall mud earlier in the year that also turned out great. Overall, it’s a fair price for the service you will receive. LRM is a reputable company. Luigi, The owner was very attentive and called every day to see how the painting was going. Armand was the painter. He’s very meticulous. As am I. I had accent walls that were different colors and took a little bit longer than normal because you have to let the paint dry to do the next color. It took him three days to do my job. My house isn’t perfect by no means. But he sure made it look like it was. Make sure you have your walls prepared for paint. The painters do not do drywall. They paint and do a wonderful job. I would definitely use LRM Painting again.

LRM did a great job painting the entire interior of our house. We are very pleased with how our house looks. We would definitely recommend LRM to anyone who is looking to have their house painted. Thank you Armand and Luigi
