D.O.L.L.S. Cleaning

The girls were nice, but the job they did was NOT worth over $500 with the tip I left. They were at my house for over four hours and in the pics below is what I found after they had left. I do not recommend this service and I will not hire them ever again.

We had an excellent experience with D.O.L.L.S. Cleaning. We recently hired them to complete a deep post-construction cleanup of the basement. The crew that handled the cleanup, Kelsie and Kayla, were very friendly, professional and extremely thorough in their cleaning. Our basement looks amazing now! In addition, the customer service we received during the initial call and inspection by Telese, as well as over the phone from Mallory and Cathy, was also exceptional. We highly recommend this company!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with this company for a deep carpet cleaning. They were able to come out by the second day, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, respectful of my property, and very careful while working in my home. My carpets look and feel much cleaner, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services.

The ladies were out yesterday and of course they did a lovely job they always do I'm always very excited when I know that they're coming!! Anything I asked of them they always are more than happy to accommodate me and they are always any of the girls that come here in a good mood nice to talk to like I said they do a wonderful job. I have different physical injuries right now and so there were a couple things I asked them to help me with because I'm kind of doing it with one leg lately LOL and of course they helped me and I am truly grateful. . Good afternoon, The ladies just left. I am very happy with the work. Vanessa and I spoke at length about cleaning plans and alloted time frames, what should be happening based on my current plan, detail cleaning options, etc. She made some excellent observations regarding the dusting of blinds, lamp shades, entertainment center, and the back of the TV. She dry dusted the blinds, which has rarely occurred, as well as cleaning the small glass panes in the entertainment center. I had recently been frustrated and I spoke with Mallory about my concerns. Vanessa explained things quite well, and suggested I might need to add an hour to give more time to complete the tasks. I agree with her that one hour might be too little to cover the needs desired.
