Had T-Mobile fiber installed. Line was buried in our yard today but was left a mess. Rocks in the grass, weed barrier bundled up and left uncovered. Brick landscape border left messed up. Wire ran thru a "gap" in the sidewalk but high enough it will be hit when edging the yard. Grass by public sidewalk was left in a pile. Already have discussed the issue with T-Mobile and have an appointment to hopefully get it resolved.

Always Underground, Inc (AUI) shot their fiber lines through our duplex main sewer line in Oct 2025, unknown to us. Backed up sewage into both units. We kept trying to fix the backup problems and finally got a plumbing company hired to snake and camera the main line and that's when we found the fiber line shot through our main sewer line. Went outside down the street a bit and found that AT&T had a new line shot through and buried. Found out from them they had hired AUI to bury the lines. No 811 called, just shooting fiber underground risking everything they might hit. They came out in Dec 2025 and fixed the sewer line they damaged, but not the internal duplex damages. They shot a cable in the sewer line at my property in October 2025. It has still been unresolved despite repeated inquiries into who their insurance company is. They fixed the pipes in December 2025, but as of Feb 2026 they are continuously refusing to give me their insurance information. Today I was told they aren’t even sure it was them who shot the line in my pipes. The quote I got to fix plumbing was over $5000. Why would they take on and fix a job of that dollar amount if they didn’t know who did it? They obviously know who did it and one employee implied my next step is hiring an attorney.

ATT installed fiber optic in the subdivision, dug several holes in my yard, and didn't refill them properly. Always Underground was supposed to help resolve the issue to get my yard looking like normal. They've been a total nightmare to work with. The first supervisor who I emailed all the photos and quotes to apparently got fired or taken off the project. After a month of trying to get things resolved, AU hired Acorn to level and reseed the damage from ATT. Acorn did the poorest work I've ever seen for lawn repair. They used the wrong seed, their seed contained high weed content, and they didn't level the waviness in the yard caused by all the holes. AUI employees damaged my computer and desk when doing a fiber install, literally hit the computer with a large heavy box containing a spool of wire. I have tried to go through the damage claims process with them, but it has been a nightmare and handled extremely poorly for almost a year now (even a quick look of the history of the case shows serious problems on AUI's part). The worst part is the employee essentially admitted to the incident that caused the damage, I ultimately had an assessment done and sent off to them, and they closed the case 2 months later with the excuse "lack of cooperation", despite not even contacting me, so there was nothing for me to not cooperate with.
