Parking in downtown is always a pain. Glad there’s parking that free on the weekends and only $30 for overnight parking. Security periodically does a sweep in addition to the numerous cameras in the garage. Safest place i felt leaving my car overnight when it comes to downtown on the weekend. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Westlake light rail station. Highly recommend

I thought I could beat all the employed people by 8 AM on a Friday and I was dead wrong! Don’t make the same mistake I did. I parked somewhere else out in the open for a few hours, but returned to a much emptier garage shortly after noon. It was worth it for the security and convenient location. I was charged less than $23 for just under 24 hours. Keep in mind when you’re coming back to pick up your car, you have to walk around the Potbelly restaurant to the main double doors, only enter the first set of doors, then the elevators are on your left.

*UPDATE FEB 2025 GATE CLOSES AT 10 PM, STILL FREE UNTIL 2 AM* Free on weekends and after 4 on weekdays! Safe, clean, and patrolled parking in an underground garage. The spots are large enough for all cars and there are 6 levels of parking. Make sure you keep the ticket even when it's free hours. As of Feb 2025 the garage gate closes at 10 PM but parking is free until 2 AM. The lobby closes at 12 AM. If you need access you can call the listed number.

Ridiculously easy and free parking on weekends and weekdays after 4. See attached picture for hours. It's a short and pleasant half mile walk to Pike Place (~10mins), and the walk there feels safe, at least on late Saturday mornings. Garage itself is almost luxurious as far as parking garages go. Big spots, clean, easy to navigate, and lanes are plenty wide enough for cars coming and going. Note that even if it is free outside of work hours, you must still scan your ticket to exit. Idk what happens if you lose your ticket and try to exit during the free hours though.
