I am a new customer of Amazon Granite and Marble. We had our Quartz countertops put in on the rainiest day ever! First off, Julia is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable in all of the stones they offer and will make sure you understand what you are getting and how to care for it. She actually texted me throughout the process and even sent videos of the stone and how the cutting and edging was going! That was awesome! Joe walked me thru choices for days! They have so much to choose from and he also, was very helpful thru the process as well as what would work for our design. We did our backsplash first (which I don't recommend) and we thought it would be frustrating to have to find a stone that would match it and not be "busy". Joe had so many choices! We found the perfect quartz.

The business owners are nice and personable. They have a great working space with lots of options to choose from. They work quickly to get your counters installed right away. We had them most recently do our kitchen counters in quartz and we have previously install both our bathroom counters with marble years ago. Would definitely recommend !

I visited several countertop providers to explore different materials and color patterns before deciding on a blue pearl granite countertop. I was very particular about selecting the slab, and working with the staff at Amazon made the process easy and enjoyable. Julia, Joe, and Dayanny were all very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely interested in my project. Andre handled the installation, and the countertop looks absolutely fantastic. One issue I had was that the faucet, which was included, did not have the appropriate hardware, so I had to purchase one on my own, however they reimbursed me for their faucet. I couldn’t be happier with the result and can’t wait to show it off!

Amazon Granite did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in the door the staff were courteous, helpful and incredibly patient as this was a huge decision for me! They did a spectacular installation job and their follow up was wonderful as well. I strongly recommend you visit them and work with the team to make your home renovation dreams come true like they did for me!

They were very easy to work with, very helpful as far as explaining different options and showing my client and I different options , Communicate very well, the crew was there to install only a few days after I approved the final template and the final product was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my projects.
