Kent and his Son and crew did an outstanding job replacing my roof in Falmouth. When the shingle color (frost white) we had picked became unavailable, Kent upgraded the shingles to a higher grade to get the color we wanted at a very modest increase in price. I am glad we did the upgrade. He used all top brand name materials. His crew worked efficiently and always left a clean work place. He wisely employed his heavy duty construction trailer to collect the discarded materials, saving us the cost of a dumpster on site. The roof looks great we are very happy with it. The following year we had the whole house painted and some window sills repaired. So now the home looks like new. I have highly recommended Persson Construction to my neighbors and friends. Great service and product from start to finish. Detailed quote and communicated everyday regarding weather or any issues. Replaced roof, installed some windows and replaced siding. Excellent all around. I would use again and have recommended to others.

Persson Construction came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Once we were ready to begin, they arrived promptly and consistently every day to work on the home. Communication with Kent was a breeze. I was always in loop on any new developments or ideas he thought might be beneficial. Patrick and his helper works their butts off. The job was well completed well within the timeframe Kent explained. We had a full facelift (roof, too!) done on the home and the cost was extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. It’s about trust though and I trust Kent and Patrick. They did such a great job that I honestly may not need them again, but if I need something done, I’m calling them and I hope other people do, too.

This review is way overdue. My wife and I purchased a house in Falmouth that all the windows needed to be replaced. We tried the big name window companies that treated us like a number and whose prices were so extremely bloated. Enter Kent and his son with Persson Construction. Down to earth, honest and sincere people who truly care about their customers. The work was done on time as promised and the site was left clean each day and. Persson Construction does an excellent job. They are prompt, always showing up when they say they will - which is a big deal in todays contractor market. The materials and workmanship are top rate and they clean up after themselves. They are courteous and kind. I have already used them for a second project and would do so again. Highly recommended!!
