Barret Phelan has been my plumber for the last five years. He’s professional, punctual, very fairly priced and always makes the customer the priority. We recently moved to Plymouth and both our bathrooms needed shower valve replacements. Barret was quick to return the call and give us a reasonable quote. He came out to our house within a few days of our call. Barret spent time talking to my husband about the water system in our house and showed him how he was going to go about making the repair. Barret had an apprentice with him (who was also wonderful). Barret was so patient in helping him learn what needed to be done for the job. Would 100% recommend him to anyone.

He's prompt, courteous, great at listening to the problems and explaining how he will fix them. He has also gone out of his way to fix issues when we're in a jam or a time crunch, like fixing a plumbing issue right before my daughter's birthday party and even once coming over at 8 p.m. after a hot day to fix our AC so the kids could sleep. He's as dependable as they come, and I highly recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing, heating or cooling issues. Added bonus: our kids love him, too!
