I loved my experience from the first phone call to the project being finished. Vicky was so professional and friendly at the same time. Tim and his helper were so nice and very sufficient and explained everything that they were doing. Price was very reasonable. Less than Everyone I contacted. I highly recommend Ambient . Set up a next day appointment after our AC stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day of the year. They came around 10am & had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. Absolute chads. Highly recommended.

Quick and seamless process. They came out diagnosed the problem and quickly rained our clogged A/C unit. Last August, we had Ambient Cooling & Heating install a new HVAC system in our home. Our old system was well beyond its lifespan, and after getting multiple estimates, we chose Ambient because they evaluated our duct work, and found an inexpensive way to make our current setup more efficient. In addition to installing a new HVAC system, they installed an additional return duct, and the system has functioned great for a year. Up until the other day, when the system just randomly shut off. We replaced the filter, changed the backup batteries in the thermostat, reset the breaker, and checked a few basic things, none of which worked. Reluctantly, we placed a call for service to Ambient, and were told a technician would be here the next business day between 8-12. Our technician (Tim) was here

We would highly recommend using this company! Our old (2008) air conditioner stopped working while we were in the middle of a heat wave. I called and the office lady made me an appointment for the same day. Bryan came out and talked to us about different air conditioners, did measurements, and had his team come out to do the installation two days later. Tony and his coworker came early on day of installation. They were very professional and explained every part of the process. They took out the old and put in the new all within a few hours. I felt the price of the air conditioner as well as the installation cost was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend using Ambient cooling and heating. Well done and thank you!
