Beltway Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing came to my house in the evening because my 20yro sump pump. We are elderly and needed immediate help. I was dumping buckets of water every 2 hours. The lovely lady I spoke to at the office sent Ray out. He sat with us over 2 hours while walking us through all the options that were available. He also thoroughly explained each step to fixing the problem. Ray has an honest friendly professional personality. We chose to have a sump pump with a battery backup. It was installed the very next day. The original sump pump was installed to drain in our sewer pipe. Ray corrected it to code and had to drill through the wall to the outside. I am so pleased with his outstanding craftsmanship and 28 years of plumbing experience. Thank you Ray and Beltway.
