Jason was very responsive. He helped with the carpet color selection. The price for the carpet and installation was very reasonable. The best quote I received in this Maryland area. The install crew arrived as scheduled and worked very quickly and were also very professional. I am very pleased with my carpet and the whole process to get it done. Jason communicated with me and answered all of my questions. I have already referred him to family and friends. No other flooring company can beat Platinum Flooring prices!!

The entire process was a nightmare. Could not recommend. Thank you to Mohawk Industries in Georgia for giving me a full credit on materials and the exorbitant mark up of over $3000 so that i could find another retailer to purchase my carpet. Many issues with the carpet. Carpet installed November 21, 2025. Defective carpet and some install issues. Carpet fibers were thrown into my heat registers which could have caused a fire. In some areas the carpet did not go all the way to the trim. Carpet was not secured to tack strips in a few areas.

Jason and the Platinum Flooring team were an amazing find. Very professional and prompt with their service. They solved my flooring issues with previous pet damage and everything looks and smells amazing.

It was time to upgrade the carpet in my house. Did some shopping around and got a quote for $6500. I was just blow away how crazy expensive it was. So I found platinum flooring and got in touch with the owner Jason brake. He was able to beat the price of the competitor quite significantly. He came out measured and showed us many samples to choose from. Very professional and polite and upfront about every little cost it would take to complete the job. Had his crew come out on a Monday and those boys and a gal were so easy to work with. Again very polite well mannered crew. These guys didn’t sit down till the job was done. And what a job it was.
