I'm a first-time homebuyer and was looking for an inspector who was very detail-oriented, thorough, and willing to explain how things work. John was all that and more. He arrived early and was already working when I arrived. He was very helpful and provided information on everything he was looking at, letting me know if things looked good or if there was a problem. And if there was a problem, how serious it may or may not be. The report was ready by that night and was extremely thorough with helpful pictures and details. I needed John for two more reinspections of the same property and he was able to make both work with his schedule. For the second reinspection, I was only able to give him very little (same day) notice, but he was able to make it at the time I needed, driving over an hour

The service matched the reviews! John was very through in his inspection, running appliances, noticing previous pest treatment, and recommended things that should be repaired by a seller. I learned a lot through his walk through from brand types of machines and their reputation for performance. I received his report the same day of the inspection. He's very personable and extremely pleasant to work with, would highly recommend and use again.
