Here's the deal, they were assigned by my warranty company and after some communications hiccups, everything was jake. Spoke with them today around 9:30 AM, I was a little testy, they were professional. Bam, they were at my house and fixed that janky unit we have now we have heat before I got home from work. Cannot say enough nice things about how pleased we are with the result.

The guy who came out to my home was absolutely delightful and amazing. I read all the negative reviews beforehand and was worried bc I too got them through my warranty. But he was opposite everything I read. I called him and he tried to squeeze me in the same day but was unable to (thanks for that effort!) Came out the next day (🙌🏾) Called the warranty on the phone before leaving to make sure they did what needed to be done (🙌🏾) Now I’m connected to an electrician and the process has been faster bc of him. Thank you so much for your efforts and your professionalism!

I called AMC HVAC as soon as my home warranty company assigned them to me, which was in the evening after normal service hours. Not only did they pick up and chat with me with patience and kindness, Sylvester also managed to fit me into the schedule for the next day even though it is high season and the schedule was full. He warned me ahead of time that some of the appointments might run longer and called me during the anticipated timeframe to let me know he would be arriving later in the afternoon/early evening and asked if that would work for me. I was so grateful that he fit me in so quickly, provided me with a timing update, and was still willing to come to my house at what should have been the end of his work day. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company was assigned to me by my warranty company. I made the request on Saturday. On Monday after 5, I had not heard from them. When checking my online dashboard, I see that an appointment had been confirmed. I called the warranty company, and they patched me through to a tech from AMC. He proceeds to tell me that they had called me. If they had, they didn't leave a message. He was very unprofessional and tried to blame it all on me. I instructed the company to not use AMC anymore, and let the call center representative from the warranty company know that she had been trained much better than those working for AMC due to leaving a message not being part of the training.

referred to by home warranty company. great experience tech came out and had the air conditioning up and running in <30min friendly/knowledgeable. explained to me what had gone wrong with my unit. Some of the other reviews comment on the inability to get in contact with this company.. Yes it did require several calls but that is expected with an small company. was able to get an apt for the next day
